Experience:
I used to volunteer for Macassa Lodge as a supper time assitant. I would help to deliver the clients to the dinning room and serve them tea, coffee and juice. I would help to cut their food and keep them company at meal time. I would then wheel them back to their rooms or where desired. I would then visit with as many of the clients as possible and talk with them or play card games or just listen to their stories of life. I really enjoyed doing this. It made me feel as if I was bringing some happiness into their lifes.
